  • Studies suggest that psilocybin can promote neuroplasticity, with measurable changes in brain function, cognitive flexibility, and even brain structure observed weeks after a single experience. This period of increased flexibility may make it easier to shift deeply ingrained patterns and establish new ways of thinking and behaving.

  • Psilocybin has shown significant potential to reduce anxiety, with effects often beginning within days and lasting for several months. Studies also report improvements in mood, psychological distress, and overall quality of life.

  • Across more than 300 participants we’ve supported, one of the most common outcomes people describe is a new sense of clarity about their life, relationships, and future. Decisions that once felt confusing can become clearer, often accompanied by a stronger sense of direction and purpose.

  • In a Johns Hopkins study, 94% of participants reported increased wellbeing or life satisfaction after high-dose psilocybin experiences. These positive effects remained remarkably stable, with 83% still reporting benefits 14 months later.

  • Psilocybin experiences are often associated with a profound sense of meaning, connectedness, and personal significance. Studies have found that many participants rank these experiences among the most meaningful of their lives, with positive changes in attitudes, relationships, and overall life satisfaction still reported months or even years later.

  • Psilocybin is a naturally occurring psychoactive compound found in certain fungi.

While mushrooms grow above ground, truffles are the underground part (sclerotia) of the same organism.

In the body, psilocybin is converted into psilocin, which interacts with serotonin receptors in the brain—especially those linked to mood, perception, and cognition.

Effects typically begin within 30–60 minutes (especially on an empty stomach) and may include:

    • Changes in perception and awareness

    • Increased emotional access

    • Disruption of habitual thought patterns

    • Enhanced creativity and insight

Research suggests potential benefits such as improved wellbeing, increased empathy, and reduced rigid thinking patterns. Many people also experience the release of stored emotions, memories, and deep insights.

    Psilocybin is not considered addictive.

  • You have two options to get started:

    • If you’re unsure which retreat is right for you, you can book a clarity call to talk with us and explore what fits best

    • If you already know which program you want, you can apply directly through the application form

During a call, we’ll answer your questions and guide you toward the right program for your needs.

  • Safety is our top priority.

    We operate with:

    • Thorough screening protocols

    • Experienced facilitators

    • Structured preparation and integration

    • A controlled and supportive environment

We also have a clear safety protocol in place, including knowledge of nearby medical facilities if needed.

Psilocybin itself does not cause physical harm or injury, and when used in the right setting, it is considered very safe.

  • Where does the retreat take place?

Our retreats generally take place in the Netherlands, Portugal, and Mexico.

All retreats are conducted in accordance with the legal framework, regulations, and local practices of the respective country.

For group retreats, the location and accommodation are included and organized by our team.

For private retreats, participants can either arrange their own location or receive recommendations from us. We are happy to help you find a beautiful setting that supports your process, ideally in nature.

For premium private retreats, we take care of the entire location planning and organization for you, allowing you to fully focus on your experience.

  • Psilocybin is considered physiologically safe and non-addictive, especially in a controlled setting.

A well-known study by David Nutt ranked psilocybin among the lowest-risk substances, especially compared to alcohol and many other drugs.

    That said, risks can include:

    • Temporary anxiety or emotional intensity

    • Nausea or physical discomfort

    • Psychological distress during the experience

In rare cases, longer-lasting psychological effects can occur.

This is why we focus heavily on:

    • Screening

    • Preparation

    • Skilled facilitation

    • Integration

Our protocols are designed to minimize risk and support you through challenging moments if they arise.

  • We are not a religious organization.

Our team comes from different backgrounds, beliefs, and traditions, and we work together in a grounded and respectful way.

    We do incorporate elements like:

    • Meditation

    • Breathwork

    • Ceremony

These are offered as tools—not beliefs.

You are not expected to follow or adopt any specific worldview.
The only thing we invite you to trust is your own experience.

  • We understand that joining a retreat is a significant commitment, both personally and financially.

Payment plans are available for selected programs. Please reach out to discuss the available options.

  • Our refund policy depends on the timing of your cancellation.

Before booking, you will receive our Terms & Conditions with all detailed information, so you can review everything carefully.

  • SSRIs and SNRIs can significantly reduce or alter the effects of psilocybin. This can make the experience less predictable and more difficult to dose accurately.

For this reason, participating while taking SSRIs or SNRIs is generally not recommended.

Some participants choose to gradually reduce or discontinue their medication under the supervision of their prescribing physician before attending a retreat. In many cases, this process begins 1–2 months beforehand.

However, every situation is different. Factors such as the type of medication, dosage, duration of use, and personal history all play a role.

We review each case individually during the application and screening process to determine what is safe and appropriate for you.

  • Yes.

While psilocybin is our primary focus, some of our facilitators also have experience working with other psychedelics such as Ayahuasca, 5-MeO-DMT, Kambo, and MDMA.

However, we only work with these substances in countries and settings where the legal framework allows it.

If you are interested in exploring other options, feel free to reach out. We are happy to answer your questions and discuss what may be available.
