Nuria Salgado
Lead Facilitator & Founder
Nuria’s work is rooted in a simple observation: we often understand our patterns long before our bodies are ready to let them go.
We can know where our fears come from.
We can understand our childhood, our relationships, even the ways we learned to protect ourselves, and still find ourselves repeating the same patterns.
Over the past eight years, Nuria has explored this gap between knowing and embodying change, supporting more than 350 people through deep personal and psychedelic journeys.
Her approach is trauma-informed and combines somatic practices, Jungian psychology, embodiment, and indigenous wisdom. Rather than seeing transformation as something that happens through insight alone, she focuses on the relationship between mind, body, nervous system, and emotions.
As a professional dancer, she learned early to trust the intelligence of the body. This later led her into yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, trauma-informed work, and psychedelic exploration.
Her strongest qualification is years of direct experience. After working with hundreds of people, she has developed a practical understanding of what helps people move beyond intellectual insight and actually create change.
